ABOUT OUR SADDLES

Treeless/Leather Tree

The Treeless/Leather tree saddles have a unique structure built out of western leather that helps protect the horse like a leather tree, while still allowing the saddle to mold to the horse's body relatively quickly like a treeless saddle.

The saddle will adapt to Ultra Wide horses as well as Ultra Narrow horses. Flat back and Sway back horses can find comfort in this saddle.

The panels system is interchangeable and adaptable to a wide variety of horses. If you have special needs we can adapt a panel system for you and your horse.

Flex Tree

The Flex Tree saddles have a semi flexible polly-fiber tree to allow for the horses body to flex naturally. Helps reduce the chance of bridging.

The gullet plates are changeable to adapt to different wither sizes.

Panels are flocked for ultimate adjustability. We have selected a synthetic wool that reduces balling and maintains it's shape longer.

Seat Sizes

Flex Tree saddle sizes are available in 16.5-19in  and are measured from tree screw to seat back.

For the Treeless/Leather Tree Saddles with round cantles, the seats are measured from the back of the pommel to the inside of the cantle. Similar to a western saddle for sizing

For the baroque cantles the seat is measured inside both rises. Someone that would use a 15in Western would Usually be comfortable in a 13-14in Baroque seat.

Leg flap is always measured from center seat to bottom of the flap.
