All new saddles have a 10 day return policy for you to try the saddle for size and fit for you and your horse. You are able to exchange Velcro the panels for different shapes and sizes in that 10 days. Your trial will start again once you get the new panels. Please store the saddle in a climate controlled environment with No Smoking. Also no cats, or vermin so the saddle will stay in like new condition. You are responsible for damages to the saddle while in your care. 

If there is a problem with the saddle when you open the box, we must be notified the day you receive the saddle, either by you or your dealer. Please provide tracking number of the box that was sent to you, a copy of the invoice, and photos of any damage that you are reporting. A photo of the box it was sent in and the shipping label. If you used a dealer please include their contact information when contacting us so we can consult with them also.

Warranty on the leather tree/treeless saddles is 2 years. The Warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, Equine accident,  wear from improper use of the equipment, damage from cleaning agents (or not cleaning) the saddle. The saddle is expected to conform to your horse's shape over time, this is not a warranty issue as this is part of the benefits of a leather tree/treeless saddle. If you have issues outside of the warranty time frame please contact us so we can see if there are any solutions that may be suitable. 

All saddles with trees have a 3 year warranty on the tree. The warranty is void if the If the tree has been rolled over or subjected to non traditional use, Or if the saddle has non traditional wear indicating abnormal use.

Demo or Used saddles are expected to have some wear and tear, or cosmetic defect that would justify a discounted price from the new saddle. We are happy to video each used/demo saddle that is available for your review prior to shipping. 

Flocked saddles can be relocked by a certified saddle fitter that contacts us, your dealer, or shipped back to us for reflocking. Velcro panel saddles you can purchase replacement panels through us or your dealer.
