Leather Colors

The following saddles are selected to show you different color options that we can do. If you are looking for something specific we can research that and see if we can get it and if it would be suitable to build the saddle. Helping you build your dream saddle is our goal.

Tooled American Havana Leather around the skirt and back of the cantle

 

The seat, leg and pommel are Espresso Italian brown Nappa leather. 

This shows the American Havana tooled. The pattern is enhanced with inlay stain. 

The skirt on this saddle is Black drum died leather with soft black Nappa knee area. The seat,  pommel and cantle are Black suede. This saddle shows a black suede seat and leg patch with Embroidered stitching. Stitch patterns can be submitted to us (within reason). Embroidery colors can be selected by telling us what color you would like and we will confirm with photos of available thread for this area. This must be put on a soft patch then added to the harder saddle leather. 

This saddle base and seat and knee area are made out of Smooth Black Italian Nappa leather. The rear skirt and cantle have stamped colored leather. There are many colors of stamped leather available. See the next few photos for some options. If you have a color in mind please send that to us and we can ask if it can be made. Exact matches are not guaranteed as leather treatment varies.

The skirt on this saddle is Black drum died leather with soft black Nappa knee area. The seat,  pommel and cantle are Black suede. This saddle shows a black suede seat and leg patch with stamped leather. The stamped area on this saddle is Teal and black.

Stitching on the hard leather is shown in white, can be done in other patterns as long as it is a large space between lines so it does not weaken the leather. 

Saddle shown in black drum died leather with Tiffany blue seat, leg and back of cantle. There are many color options available, just let us know what colors you like and we can see what we can get in a thickness that is suitable for saddles. 

The leather can have stitching on the skirt. as well as the soft area as long as the spacing allows. 

Patent leather is also possible to put on the saddle in various locations. We have used it on the fronts of the leg blocks, back of cantle, small patches behind the leg. 

Depending on the leather selected we can do a cut out with inlay in various patterns. This is safest when used in low rub areas, such as the back of the cantle and behind the leg. 

This saddles shows the Cherry brown nappa and the espresso brown trim along the back and bottom of the skirt. The pipe and stirrup holder is Tiffany blue. Other colors available.
